Goodwood is located just outside Chichester, just under two hours from London and an hour from Gatwick.

The Goodwood Estate is home to the beautiful Goodwood House, the luxurious Goodwood Hotel, famous Goodwood Motor Circuit, esteemed Goodwood Racecourse, two championship 18-hole golf courses, the historically significant Goodwood Aerodrome and so much more.

Goodwood’s events attract thousands of visitors to the area each year which is great for businesses both on and around the estate but as the beds fill up, the law of supply and demand kicks in and prices rise.
